I build multi-tenant ERPs, offline-first Flutter apps, and the boring infrastructure underneath. Damascus-based, working in Arabic and English across MENA and globally remote.
Ali Haitham Yosef is a Syrian software engineer based in Damascus. He builds production multi-tenant systems for SMBs across Saudi Arabia, the Levant, and the Gulf. His flagship is Mohaseb, a Laravel + Flutter ERP serving 500+ tenants in accounting, inventory, payroll, and POS.
Operating since 2015 for clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Syria, the US, and beyond.
SuhailFour entrances into the studio. Same desk, four kinds of work.
Multi-tenant ERPs, offline-first apps, real-time sync engines. Real systems, real production.
Long-form technical essays on the engineering decisions behind each system I build.
Self-paced engineering courses on the same Laravel + Flutter stack I ship to clients. Free labs and research alongside.

The engineer who ships your system also writes about how it was built, then teaches the next group to ship theirs. One person, three loops, each one feeding the others.

Same desk, same week, three crafts. Each loop makes the others sharper.
Laravel, Flutter, Postgres, Redis. Real multi-tenant systems for real clients, billable from day one. Mohaseb is the flagship; client work fills the rest of the calendar.
Long-form essays on the engineering decisions behind each system. No fluff, no thought-leadership, no SEO padding. Both Arabic and English, written in parallel.
Small cohorts on AI-paired engineering, multi-tenant Laravel, and offline-first Flutter. Twelve seats per cohort, one shipped system per engineer.
Ali demonstrated exceptional competence as Senior Engineer and Team Lead on our WhatsApp Gateway project. He delivered a professional, robust system through effective leadership that drove distinguished results.
Ali delivered advanced web and mobile solutions as an external consultant. Strong on DevOps and team management. Highly recommended for anyone seeking technical expertise and effective leadership.
Working with Ali on the digital transformation for Mira Restaurants Group (Suhail brand) was a pleasure. He led the technical team skillfully and delivered integrated solutions that markedly improved bookings and order management.
Live from the studio. Updated every minute, surfaced from the same dashboard I read in the morning.
Yes. Most clients are remote, mainly in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the US. I work from Damascus on GMT+3 and overlap with EU mornings and Gulf afternoons. For Gulf clients I keep a dedicated weekly slot; we operate on the same calendar.
A Syrian software engineer based in Damascus, with more than ten years of production experience. I build multi-tenant SaaS, offline-first mobile apps, and the kind of accounting and inventory systems small businesses actually rely on. I work directly with founders and CTOs across Saudi Arabia, the Levant, and the Gulf, and remotely with teams further out. My flagship project is Mohaseb, a Laravel + Flutter ERP serving 500+ small and mid-sized businesses.
Custom multi-tenant SaaS platforms (one codebase, many companies, full data isolation), offline-first Flutter apps with conflict-safe sync, Laravel backends with audit-grade accounting and ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, and the queue, cache, and WebSocket layers that make those systems hold up under real load. I avoid cookie-cutter ERPs and prefer to model the system around how the business actually works.
I am based in Damascus, Syria (GMT+3). I work synchronously with clients across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, and Europe. For teams in the Americas, the synchronous overlap is usually four to six hours a day, with written async documentation beyond that. I travel to Riyadh and Jeddah for kickoffs and milestones when the engagement justifies it.
Arabic (native) and English (fluent). I write specs, commit messages, code comments, and client documentation in whichever language fits the team. Mixed is fine, and is in fact the norm for most MENA engineering teams. Documentation for end users is delivered in both languages with full RTL support, not auto-translated.
Open the /services page, pick the service that matches your situation (custom build, audit, rescue, accounting and cloud, or team training), and fill out the short intake form. I read every inquiry personally and reply within two business days with either a discovery call slot or an honest "this is not a fit" note. No discovery calls without a written brief first.
